• In-season rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (Off-season flexible)

• Occupancy begins after 4:00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.

• Renters are expected to leave the cottage clean for the next occupants.

Other Important Information

• "Cozinest" is NOT the place for you if you travel with a lot of "stuff" or if you plan to entertain friends. This is one of four free-standing cottages on a shared ocean-front lot. It is a small unit, there is very little outside storage space, and the use of the yard, beach, and access to the beach is limited to the specific individuals renting the unit, and to occasional guests where specific permission has been given in advance. Renters must agree to abide by the condominium regulations , and a special deposit is required to ensure that that happens, so that the use of the property is relaxing and enjoyable for all.
